Smithfield Farm B&B Cancellation Policy

We would be grateful if all our guests would take a moment to read through this cancellation policy when they book accommodation with us.

The terms of our cancellation policy are divided into three main sections, depending on the dates of your booking.

Royal Welsh Show Week (third week in July each year)
As this is a very busy time for the Builth Wells area and accommodation is in very high demand, we ask that if you need to cancel your booking for this week that you do so no later than 3 months before your arrival. If you should need to cancel after this time deposit paid will not be returned.

Other Show Weekends and Hay Festival
If you have booked to stay with us during one of the other events at the Royal Welsh Showground (eg. Antique Fairs, Smallholders Show, Winter Fair etc.) or the week of Hay Festival and need to cancel that booking, we ask that you do so no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. If you should need to cancel after this time deposit paid will not be returned.

All other bookings
If your booking is for a holiday at any other time of the year than those detailed in the above sections, and you need to cancel that booking up to 7 days before your arrival, deposit paid will not be returned.
